I used Dan to arrange my mortgage. As a first time buyer, I was concerned and we were trying to borrow the maximum we could without getting some silly interest rate.All was going well, and we had been approved for a mortgage much higher than I thought we ever would. I had had some history of poor credit and Dan was great all the way through in making sure I understand everything.We did think about applying for our mortgage direct with the bank and forgoing the cost of a mortgage advisor but I don't think we would be homeowners now if we did that and it is for that reason that I can definitely recommend using Dan.
